User Account information is password-protected.

Rigyard does not knowingly collect any information from juveniles. If Rigyard learns a person under the age of 18 has published a post, Rigyard will remove that post.

2. Data Collected
Rigyard collects email addresses, for authenticating and confirming user accounts.
Rigyard may collect your phone number for account authentication, and may send it to a third party for tele-robotic verification.
For paid job postings, we collect contact information, such as name(s), phone/fax number(s), and address for billing purposes.
Rigyard does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to a financial gateway, and we endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Rigyard may collect personal information provided by users in feedback, comments or by way of direct contact. Users should not post personal information on Rigyard, that they expect to keep private.
Rigyard may collect standard web log entries for each page served, including IP addresses, page URLs, and possibly timestamps.
3. Stored Data
All classified postings are stored in our database, even after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.
Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely.
Registered job posters can access and update their account information through the account homepage.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
4. Rigyard Archives / Postings used by search engines and additional sites
Search engines and addiional sites not affiliated with Rigyard – i.e. google.com, yahoo.com and others may make such informational available.
5. Rigyard can disclose user information if requested by legal authorities.
Rigyard may be required to provide disclosure in response to court orders, subpoenas, and or other legal process.
6. Users Outside The United States of America
Any data provided by users outside of The United State of America may be stored on servers. By visiting Rigyard and providing data, non-domestic users consent to the collection of any data relevant to use or interaction with Rigyard.com.
